Using the Library NewsBank Database



August 25, 2017-- The ISD Library has access to newspapers from all over the world: Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Australia, Oceania, The Caribbean, and Europe.  At the ISD library, you can use the NewsBank Database to see what news outlets from around the globe think of the United States' upcoming celebration of the 19th Amendment, the amendment to the Constitution that gave women the right to vote, also known as Women’s Equality Day.  Americans celebrate this amendment on the 26th of August--tomorrow!  

To access NewsBank Database, go to the isdakar.org webpage and click on the Databases and eBooks link.  Remember to access this page with your school account.
