Every year, ISD Teacher and parent, Papis, leads a group trip to the Casamance region of Senegal, where he was born and raised. The trip includes nature activities, days on the beautiful Cap Skirring beaches, and even a chance to meet a King!
Papis write, "2018 will be the fourth edition of the famous trip to the Casamance region. As an organizer, I want to gauge how many people are interested in being part of this wonderful visit to the south of Senegal.
"Last year's expedition was a wonderful experience for all of us. The adventure will take place during the ISD Spring Break of March 2-9.
"I will be sending more details about the trip including destinations, activities, lodging detailed, etc. Please contact me as soon as you can to let me know how many members of your family are interested in joining. Kids are more than welcome!"
