Improving our buildings, classrooms and office spaces is part of ISD's vision to grow as a school and to improve student learning, which is at the heart of our mission.
The new shared office space of Ms. Jen, Mr. Lennon, Mr. Rodine, and Mr. Gaucher Kadam, nicknamed the Terranga Center, was constructed over the summer to improve inter-school collaboration.
"The collaboration with MYP and DP working together and following up the work of the PYP in Elementary is going to give a more wholistic and more focused and well rounded education for the all the kids, [grades] PreK to 12," said Ms. Jen, our new MYP Coordinator and Middle School Assistant Principal.
"I think the most exciting part is collaboration with the people in this office," added Mr. Lennon, the High School Assistant Principal and Diploma Program Coordinator. "The principals, the counselors, and faculty, as well as students coming in here on a regular basis to talk about teaching and learning at the heart of the school."
