Elementary News: Your Weekly Update


As usual, life at ISD is moving along at a quick, healthy pace. It is so much fun to be on a campus where students are fully engaged in sports, arts, service learning, and academics.

Special thanks go out to all of the amazing coaches who work tirelessly to make sure that our students were ready for competition. Thanks also to all of those wonderful teachers and teaching assistants who organized and rolled out one fantastic week of reading celebrations!


From visiting authors, artists and illustrators to this crazy guy I found wandering the hallways. It turns out, he had A Bad Case of Stripes!




School is an extremely busy place with lots of stimulus and while all of this can be super fun, it’s important to make sure that we provide some routine for our students. Report cards were sent to the elementary parents on Friday. So far, things seemed to have gone smoothly. Please let me know if you have any problem accessing or reading your child’s report.
