Dear ISD Families,
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of you who regularly contribute to our school. Your ideas, your enthusiasm, and your knowledge are thoroughly appreciated as we work toward making our school a fun and innovative space for learning. I am constantly reminded day after day of how fortunate I am to be in such a warm and friendly environment. Our students come to school excited to learn. Our teachers come to school enthusiastic about engaging their students in activities that inspire and challenge the children. On Friday, when I asked a second-grader if she was looking forward to the weekend, she said, “No, because I have to wait for two whole days for school to start again!” I smile as I see the students wheeling the wheelbarrow of compost to the garden, I chuckle as I see the students rehearsing for the assembly, and my heart feels with joy as I see the children running hand in hand... racing to get to class. Thank you all for doing your part and making this a happy place for all.
